Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information: At Merry, we take pride in delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our warehouse is located in Chile, and we ship worldwide to bring our unique products to your doorstep. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  1. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  2. Shipping Options: We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

    • Standard Post: Our standard shipping method generally takes up to 20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that international customs processes may cause additional delays beyond our control.

    • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which typically takes 4-6 business days to reach your destination. This option allows you to receive your Merry items more swiftly.

  3. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package through the shipping carrier's website. Please note Canada post doesn't offer tracking for our standard post option

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Merry purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, except for sale items, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address. Please note that the return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item.

Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return or exchange once it is received. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Please remember that items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend using a reliable shipping service and ensuring that the item is well-protected.
